How can I pay for my order?
Kollege Town Sports accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and extends net 30 day terms on approved credit. Click here for credit application to apply for Net 30 Terms. Credit approval is required prior to placing your order. Customer agrees to the set terms of the financing.
Will I be charged tax?
If your organization is tax exempt, you must provide the appropriate sales tax exemption or resale certificate to your Sales Representative when you place your order. If a certificate is not submitted or on file at Kollege Town, we must charge sales tax and cannot remove these charges once your order is processed.
Will I see artwork before my order is produced?
Customized orders require art approval prior to decorating. Your Sales Representative will provide you with an artwork proof within 5 business days of placing your order. Once artwork is approved, changes cannot be made.
When will my order ship?
Your order will leave the Kollege Town facility within 2-3 weeks of placing your order. Some customization options may require more time to complete. Contact your Sales Representative for current production times.
When will my order arrive?
To track your shipment, contact your Sales Representative. All orders are shipped via UPS. If delivery is required by a specific date, contact your Sales Representative for options and pricing. Click here to view shipping map.
What is your return policy?
A return authorization is required for any return, please contact your Sales Representative to obtain. Returns must be post-marked within 21 days of receipt of return authorization. All items must be in their original condition, including packaging and/or manufacturer tag. Non-inventory items are subject to manufacturer restocking fees. Customized and decorated goods are not able to be returned unless deemed defective or Kollege Town error.
What if my order is incorrect?
Inspect your order at time of delivery. If there is a discrepancy, damage or shortage, contact your Sales Representative within 3 business days of delivery.
